Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at contact@purahenna.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Important:

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you are returning the item for any other reason (such as a change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@purahenna.com so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the original and place a new order for the item you want after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
