Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery is only available for orders shipping to addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Henna Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed during or after shipping.
All applicable fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Henna Cosmetics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase if the item is in its original, unopened packaging.
